Welcome! I am excited to support you in creating the life you really want to have, by releasing the things that no longer serve you. In my coaching sessions, my intention is to support you in creating desired change that is tangible and meaningful. The changes that happen when clients work with me are subtle and potent, creating ripples that affect your whole life. 

When you bring in more love, anything unlike love 

shows up to be transformed back to its true state.

I am here to hold you accountable to who you truly are, and hold the space for you to wake up to that and rediscover that in all parts of you. This may not always look or feel like joy, and I am committed to stick with you through all of it. Your part is learning where your commitment is with yourself, and how you would like me to support you in that.

Coaching

Coaching – which is not therapy or counseling – may address specific issues, personal projects, recent loss and grief, life balance, or general conditions in your life or profession. Other therapeutic coaching services or activities may include Somatic Tools, Intuitive Services, Laughter and/or Grief Yoga, Breathing and Mindfulness Techniques and guided meditation.

As your Coach and guide, I support you to uplevel your joy, and expand your capacity to receive, often by meeting unmetabolized grief, and other difficult emotions in the body, in order to experience positive growth in new directions that feel empowering, grounded and tangible.

These changes will sometimes happen fast and sometimes they take more time.

A solid commitment from both of us allows the coaching relationship to develop and be powerful, and when the going gets tough, we stay in collaboration and work through to the other side. As your coach, you have my word that I am 100% committed to you being powerful, successful and to having the life you want.

How I work

My approach has been developed from a combination of many of my different mentors, as well as the practices I integrate into my Joy Reboot, Grief Yoga, and Laughter Yoga classes. It is body-based, trauma-informed, intuitive and holistic. (Holistic-meaning taking the whole person in mind, life circumstances, mental and emotional health, support systems, past trauma; emphasizing the importance of the whole and the interdependence of its parts.)

My work is rooted in neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness and energy management. A main component has to do with the consistent practice of self-appreciation and feeling good, as ways to reprogram your neural pathways and belief systems.

An individual session normally includes a personal intuitive reading, tuning into what’s going on below the surface. Depending on what is up for your growth there could be energetic healing, coaching, therapeutic movement/embodiment, or a combination of any of those needed.

Sessions are custom tailored for you, meeting you where you’re at and holding a safe space for you to expand into more of who you really are, while letting go of the aspects of you that no longer serve you.

Your part: You are invited to create new ways of thinking, positive power statements and embodiment tools that will help you to anchor the new realities and teachings you are receiving in your body. Being actively engaged in this piece of the practice is a huge part of what will create lasting change.

Along with an intuitive assessment, an individual session could support you with many different things, such as:
-Releasing feelings of grief/toxic shame/guilt/judgment/punishment/attack, and other stagnant emotions in the body.
-Tend and befriend undigested emotions in the body-from past experiences-liberating the energy for more joy.
-Learning how it feels to speak up when you feel triggers or issues, which may be sabotaging your momentum.
-Recognizing who/what in your life is an energy drain; learning how to playfully and effectively let that habit go.
-Practicing new, intentional body sensations/feelings that pattern you towards your empowered, confident self.
-Cultivating feelings of safety and the felt sense that you can trust yourself to take care of yourself.
-Identifying when you are disconnecting with your inner wisdom, and know to respond and reconnect.
