Grief and Joy Coaching

My Promise to You
I am here to hold you accountable to who you truly are, and hold the space for you to wake up to that and rediscover that in all parts of you. This may not always look or feel like joy, and I am committed to stick with you through all of it. Your part is learning where your commitment is with yourself, and how you would like me to support you in that.

Gentle support through life’s hard seasons—and a path back to yourself.
When life feels overwhelming, losses have accumulated, or you simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Through witnessing, compassionate coaching and embodied practices, I help you gently tend to grief and difficult emotions, learn how to reconnect with your inner resources, and create more space for peace, clarity, resilience, and joy.
Why Grief & Joy Coaching?
Because healing doesn’t require choosing between grief and joy. Both can belong.
Together, we gently work with the grief, loss, and difficult emotions you’re carrying, helping you feel less overwhelmed, more grounded, and more connected to yourself. Through embodied practices and positive neuroplasticity, we reconnect with parts of you that may have become lost or orphaned in grief, helping your body relearn its capacity for peace, aliveness, and joy.
You don’t have to rush your healing. And you don’t have to do it alone.
How I work
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin. Come as you are—with your grief, overwhelm, uncertainty, or desire for something to change.
Our sessions are personalized to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s weighing on you, tend to emotions that may feel stuck or overwhelming, and help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and strength.
Using conversation and body-based practices, you’ll learn tools to help you:
There’s no pressure to heal on a particular timeline. We begin wherever you are and move at a pace that feels supportive to you.
The goal isn’t to become someone else. It’s to come home to yourself.
Sessions are sliding scale $199-$250 per hour, with discounted packages available for those who would like ongoing support. Contact Carla for more information.
Your Part
Your part: You are invited to create new ways of thinking, positive power statements and embodiment tools that will help you to anchor the new realities and teachings you are receiving in your body. Being actively engaged in this piece of the practice is a huge part of what will create lasting change.
Your opportunity is to allow me guide you back into the drivers seat of your life, where you remember who you really are, how to trust and love yourself, how that feels in your body, and what tools you have available to support you moving in a new direction.
I am your coach, your guide, and your cheerleader…poised to support and celebrate you!
I’ve been working with Carla for a few months now-both attending laughter yoga, Joy Reboot and private sessions. I’ve done a lot of spiritual work over the years in a number of different paradigms. The question appeared “How does letting go of lower energies (grief, shame, fear, guilt) and moving into joy FEEL and look when it is embodied? How does that become the “default” way of being? Working with Carla, I get practical exercises and experiences of that in a way I’ve never had before. Working with forming new neural pathways I have access to lightness, joy and a new freedom! I recommend her work highly!

I experienced real laughter for the majority of the session. I was laughing so hard I was crying by the end. Some great take away tools that I have already incorporated into my daily routine. I Highly recommend laughter sessions with Carla. Didn’t realize how much of a stress relief laughing truly is. Carla was amazing. Would love to experience this again!
