ACCOMMODATIONS
We will be holding our event at the Anchorage Beach Resort. This hotel is wonderful, intimate and peaceful location for our event. It is a 10 minute walk from town.

The Anchorage Beach Resort is a Belizean Owned and Operated Hotel. It is a ten minute walk to the Heart of Caye Caulker. The Views of the reef from the porch of your room will leave you breathless. The owners and staff work hand in hand to provide a wonderful place to relax and “Go Slow”. Private Dock, kayaks, hammocks and so much more is offered to help you catch the island vibes!

We will have use of a wonderful fire pit, a Palapa for engaging in outdoor laughter sessions and community functions, as well as use of the dock and the wonderful beach chairs for lounging and laughing.

All rooms are $90 USD/day, whether two double beds or one king bed. Each has a fridge, a microwave, AC, private bath, free WiFi. Complementary coffee and tea available every day.

We have placed a hold on a block of rooms at the Anchorage Beach Resort on the quieter side of the island, where we will conduct our Laughter sessions and other activities. 

FOOD

You’re on your own for breakfast. We will provide a list of places to find tasty and beautiful local concoctions.

Lunch and dinner are included! We will be eating from Barrier Reef Sports Bar and Grill, as well as outdoor BBQs at the hotel.

at the Anchorage Beach Resort

At this time, we have a block of ONLY 10 rooms available to reserve at this hotel. These rooms will go fast. Please email Lucrecia at anchorageresortbelize@gmail.com, and let her know that you are interested in booking a room with Heidi and Carla’s group. She will take down your credit card information to place a deposit. All final payments must be made 30 days before arrival.

We ask that you find your own roommate(s) if you would like to share a room with someone else. Some of the rooms can take more than two people, though there is a $15 surcharge for more than 2 people.

Once booking is confirmed there will be a $50.00 USD charge per room for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

Note: LIMITED AVAILABILITY. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. Website will be updated periodically with room availability.
