Ask Herbal Health Expert Susun Weed Interview

TUNE IN!

Susun Weed, also known as the Grandmother of the Herbal Renaissance in America, is the voice of the Wise Woman Way and the originator of the concept of complementary medicine.

She has written many books and offers all kinds of classes both on her land in upstate New York and through correspondence. She will be interviewing me in conjunction with her latest book, Abundantly Well: The Complementary Integrated Medicine Revolution.

A phenomenal book, chock full of natural and complementary tools for anyone looking to meet current health and lifestyle challenges from a holistic and integrated approach. This book touches on the seven medicines, which is a framework to helping you meet your self and your body where you’re/it’s at.

Laughter falls into the section of the Lifestyle Medicine called Nourish and Tonify, within the realm of an emotional tonic. The fun part is that, crying, raging, feeling grateful, and spending time with pets also falls into this category.

(Ha! To me these are some of the juicy things in life, feeling alive and nourished by fully feeling our emotions through to the other side😃)

All of these tonics, as Susun calls them, support you in liberating stuck pain and emotion through awareness, connection, expression, surrender and receiving.

I am honored to be invited to talk with her and excited for what will unfold!

Please join us in what is sure to be a fun, playful and laughter-filled discussion on Tuesday, June 28 at 6 PM Pacific/9 PM Eastern.Tune in here! If you cannot attend live, there will be a recording.
